QNET, a leading Asian Direct Selling Company has donated food items, groceries and essential toiletries to 100 women who have lost their husbands and are sole caretakers of their families in Yaounde. This Ramadan initiative aims to enrich the lives of many and is aligned with the company’s philosophy – Raise Yourself to Help Mankind (RYTHM).
This year, similar Ramadan donations have been made in over 15 countries around the world, including Ivory Coast, Mali, Cameroon, Senegal and Tanzania in the African continent, and reflects the company’s commitment to make a positive impact on the communities it operates in.
Commenting on the event this year, Biram Fall, QNET Regional General Manager for sub-Saharan Africa said: “The Ramadan charity campaign has been one of our key campaigns every year. It is indeed a very meaningful, heart-warming and fulfilling initiative for QNET. Such campaigns promote empowerment of the community and are also very inspiring for our staff and our Independent Representatives.”
The Women expressed sincere gratitude. They remarked that QNET had demonstrated good social responsibility behavior and they called on other corporate organisations to replicate the humanitarian and kind act.
